i would give him sponge bath if it is ok with them or will give them chair bath or ask the client what other method of bath you will prefer.
i would make note if the clients daily bath time and make sure that the client get the scheduled bath as per rules.
i would request the client that he should get well prepared before their bath, this will save the time for everyone. let the client know that there is 30 minutes time for bath.

A) Reassure client that you will not let her fall and to hold on to the grab bars in her shower.
B)You can advise her/him it is not healthy and suggest an alternative method of bathing.
C)You still have to complete the task, and ask care manager for more time with client if possible

A) To be able to build her confidence, I will explain that I can showed her couple of safety ways to assister with bath.
a) using a bench bath you will feel very secure …..of course I will be there for you.
b) sponge bath is also another way to assister you.

B) I will get her a calendar and mark it in red and big so she can see her baths days.
I will tell her in a way that I won’t hurt her feelings that I can smell a body odour
she needs a bath….

C) Reassure her that I only have 30 minutes to assisted her .
I will call client to reminder her about bath and also that will be a great if
she started getting undress and also decide ahead of time ,what would you like
to wear after bath.
