i will check the medication box of the client and make sure with him if he/she taken the medication, if not i will let know my manager know and take the necessary right action.
and make sure with client after his dinner, if every thing all right.

Since the dinner time is also an important social opportunity for seniors, I would intterupt the conversation only if I know that the medication for the client has to be taken before or with the meal (i.e. the medication helping digestion should be taken before/with eating). Otherwise, I would check back the client after dinner. Generally speaking, the time defined as a delay/missing dose is 2 hours, I would ensure the medication is taken within that timeframe.

I would ask the client if she would go back to her apt with me if she say no I would check after supper.

I would quietly ask the client if he/she have meds already, if the respond is no and the client did not start eating I would ask if he/she to go the apartment to take the meds, or
tell the client I will come to her apartment after to make sure the meds is taken.

what I have done in the pass is to questioned him or her about meds, now either way
client said he did or not sure, I will ask the client to come with me to their apartment
and make sure he take it . Now if client already start eating their meal I would wait
until he is done.

Greet the client politely and at an appropriate time during their converation, discretely ask the client if they have already taken their medication. If the client have not yet taken their medication, give them a gently reminder, wait and watch client take the meds before leaving.

What i will do is, firstly I will ask the client for an excuse and I ask if him or her has take their medication. Secondly I will check in with them after dinner when client is at home. Also I can ask the client if him or her would like me to bring it to their convenience or not.

After supper I would check back to make sure med were taken, if not I will remind client to take it.
