Bill Marshall
Mr. William Marshall was elected to the Board of Directors in 2007as a member of Richview Baptist Church and is currently serving as our President and Board Chair Person. He has many years of experience in overall office management, project management, and stakeholder engagement as part owner of a Toronto based Engineering Company.

Sylvia Solomon
Ms. Solomon is a retired public health nurse with over 30 years of experience in community nursing. A member of the Board since 2000, her knowledge of the long-term care system, commitment to front-line staff issues and focus on quality care-giving are important in developing and reviewing service delivery policies and procedures.
Phil Mayers
Mr. Mayers has served on the Board of Directors since 2013 in the capacity of Treasurer. His background in bookkeeping and accounting enable the Board to maintain a good understanding of monthly financial statements and the overall financial health of the agency.

Linda Hill
Ms. Linda Hill has worked in social services for older adults since 1986. She was hired by the Richview Baptist Foundation to write the original funding proposal for supportive housing services that was approved by the Ministry of Health. She set out in 1995 to develop the infrastructure for Richview Residence Supportive Housing Corporation and has overseen the day-to-day operation of the agency since its inception. A strong advocate for community living, Linda continues to work with the Board of Directors in carrying out its vision for a community alternative to institutionalization for persons with multiple health and social issues.

The affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by the Board. The Board shall consist of a minimum of seven directors. Representation on the Board shall include a minimum of 51 percent who are members of Richview Baptist Church and who have been members of such church for a minimum of two (2) years. There must be one (1) member from the Richview Baptist Foundation and two (2) members who are Consumers.
Persons who sit on the board are nominated each year at our Annual General Meeting and voted into the position by the corporation’s membership.
