Community Partners:
Our motto is “there is no place like home”. It is a motto that is repeated back to us often by older adults receiving supportive care in their apartments. In spite of losses in functioning, the majority of seniors want to live out their lives in an independent living setting where they have control over decisions that impact on them.
Community Partner Agencies: These are agencies that provide community based services to our clients, including: escort transportation, adult day programs, housekeeping, volunteer visitors, visiting nurses, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, etc.
Funding: The Central West Local Integration Network provides 100% of the funding for our services. www.centralwestlhin.on.ca
